World Alzheimer's Manifest (from Simon Morales La Paz/Bolivia resident in Bern since 1976) on Family Rights for Members and Affiliateds of Patients with Alzheimer: On the Use and Abuse of 4 Agents of the Anti-Terror Police-Squad in Switzerland and the Violation on Human Rights in Bern and Lausanne against the bolivian Mother and her son.
